The first phase was the purchase of an old building on 4 Belford Road in Harrogate for £500,000. The building is in nees of major repairs and facelift. The roof has been repaired, building sealed and council approval received.
Phase II is ready to begin, with an estimated cost of £300,000 which will be used for clearing the site, structural and building works across two floors, joinery & Heating and Electrical wiring and Installation.
Phase III of the project is estimated to cost £200,000 and will involve External works, Installation of Doors & Windows, Mechanical works, Toilets & Abulution areas and Installation of Electrical fittings and appliances.
The final phase of the project will include the Installation of security & lighting systems, external bollards and railing, kitchen fitting, decorations and cleaning, all estimated at £50,000.
