The sisters of Harrogate Islamic Association run a Halaqah where we talk, study Qur’an and grow together in our deen. Each session we study a tafseer of the Qur’an, the lessons we can take from it and how they can be implemented in our lives.
Abu Musa reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, the believers are like bricks of a building, each part strengthening the other,” and the Prophet clasped his fingers together. (Bukhari, 481).
This groups is a safe community for those looking for this strength and sisterhood in their faith. A deeper love and understanding of the Qur’an is central to our meetings as we strive for the pleasure of Allah (SWT).
